Scope and operator
PALUNEXA is operated by an individual in the Republic of Korea. You can use the tools without an account or payment. This notice covers color-tool use, website delivery and inquiries sent to the public contact address.
Color inputs and shared URLs
Color editing, palette locks and contrast calculations run without an application database. Visiting color details or sharing a palette sends a URL containing color values and settings to the hosting service. Anyone with a shared link can reproduce the palette. Do not put confidential information in a URL.
Hosting, IP addresses and logs
Cloudflare delivers the site and processes connection information, which may include IP addresses, requested URLs, browser headers and timestamps. Production Workers invocation logs are enabled with sampling for operation, security and error diagnosis. Request URLs can include query parameters. These server logs are separate from visitor analytics and follow the provider’s retention settings.
Cookies and local preferences
The application does not set advertising or analytics cookies, save a persistent visitor identifier, or send tool events to a remote analytics collector. Language is represented in the URL and theme changes affect the current interface. Hosting security measures may involve cookies under the provider’s own policy. Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics and advertising scripts are currently disabled.
Email inquiries and service providers
When you email the contact address, your sender address, display name if supplied, subject, message and attachments are processed to answer the inquiry and handle necessary follow-up or rights requests. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards incoming mail to the operator’s Gmail mailbox. Cloudflare and Google process the delivery and mailbox data under their service policies; processing may take place outside South Korea. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry emails are deleted after the inquiry and necessary follow-up are complete, unless a legal retention duty applies, in which case they are kept for that duty’s applicable period. The operator manages deletion in the mailbox; the website does not provide automatic mailbox erasure. Provider logs, recovery copies and backups follow the relevant provider policies and are not erased instantly by deleting an email.

Only the minimum information needed to confirm the request should be supplied. If a legal exception limits a request, the operator will explain it. Before introducing AdSense or analytics, this notice and any necessary consent controls must be updated.
